![]() Film screenings are free with admission to the venues! WonderCon is Northern California's largest comic-book and popular culture convention, with more than 30,000 visitors. WonderCon is produced by the makers of Comic-Con International in San Diego. The festival will screen short films clustered for different age groups, toddlers through teens, all day Friday through Sunday April 2-4 in our theater in Room 252. Animation, live action and documentary, plus filmmaker and actor appearances! Admission to the children's film festival is free with admission to WonderCon. Children ages 12 and under are free to WonderCon! Go to www.wondercon.org for more details on WonderCon. The festival continues Saturday and Sunday, April 10-11, at the Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose. More short films from around the world made for children - animation and live action. Admission to the film screenings is free with paid museum admission. In addition, we will partner with the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento for a simultaneous full day of screenings there on Saturday, April 10. Films for all ages will be screened from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., and films for teens from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Screenings are free with museum admission. WonderCon presented the 3rd Annual San Francisco Bay Area International Children's Film Festival, February 27-March 15, 2009 at WonderCon at the Moscone Center South, Zeum art and technology museum in downtown San Francisco and the Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose. Thanks for your support! After a great opening weekend at WonderCon, the festival continued with short films Saturday March 14 at Zeum, the children's art and technology museum in downtown San Francisco, adjacent to the Moscone Center. Admission to the film screenings was free with admission to Zeum.
